주위에 아는 한국양반 붙들어서 담궈달라고 하던가
아니면 완성품을 사먹으면 될 걸 가지고...'ㅅ';;;;
※대충 보니까 1960년대에서 창업한 하와이의 식품회사 쪽에서 만든 걸 미 본토에서 파는 모양인데, 추정을 해보자면 한인사회가 마이너한 그시절, 재료수급이 어려웠을때 양배추에 익힌칠리고추 익혀서 만들어 먹었다는 얘기는 심심찮게 들려오지만, 지금같은 경우는 좀...'ㅅ';;;;; 설마 하와이라는 지리적(+기후적) 문제때문에 젓갈을 못쓰는 건가??
